    Please provide your input by completing the MASD Comprehensive Needs Assessment and you will be entered into a drawing for 4 $20 gift cards.

Your input is important to us!

This survey allows patrons to offer feedback about their students’ learning, our programs and facilities.  The data collected from surveys is used to aid in decision making and determine actions for the district/buildings aligned to our communities’ needs.

Names for gift cards will be drawn on October 9 and winners will be contacted.
