Welcoming the White Swan High School Class of 2029

We are delighted to welcome the Class of 2029 as the newest members of the White Swan High School family! Beginning high school marks the start of an exciting journey filled with fresh opportunities to learn, grow, and lead.

White Swan Kicks Off the Year with a School-Wide Celebration

The first day of school at White Swan High was nothing short of fantastic as we welcomed students back with a spirited, school-wide celebration! The campus buzzed with energy as students enjoyed a variety of activities, from board games and video games to a special movie screening of K-Pop Demon Hunters.

Laughter, connection, and school spirit filled the day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the start of the year. It was the perfect way to bring everyone together, setting a positive tone for the months ahead.

White Swan knows how to start the year strong—and we can’t wait for even more exciting moments with our students in 2025–26!

Students Explore Learning Opportunities with Course Game Boards

This week, students participated in an interactive session with their teachers to complete personalized game boards. The activity introduced them to the wide range of courses available and encouraged them to think strategically about their academic pathways.

By “playing the game,” students not only gained a clearer understanding of their options but also discovered new opportunities to challenge themselves, grow their skills, and pursue fresh interests. The energy and curiosity in the room made it a meaningful step in planning for a successful school year.

Acting It Out: Promoting Positive Behavior Through Skits

White Swan High School’s Student Success Teams brought lessons to life with a series of lively skits highlighting positive behavior across different areas of campus. The performances had the audience laughing, cheering, and fully engaged while reinforcing important expectations in a memorable way.

A special shout-out goes to the courageous staff members who joined in the fun—their participation made the event even more impactful. It was a creative, spirited reminder that learning good habits can be both meaningful and entertaining!

Go Cougars! Fall Sports Are Underway

White Swan High School athletes are back in action as fall sports kick off! Students are competing in cross country, volleyball, football, and soccer—bringing Cougar pride to every practice and game.

These programs give our athletes the chance to stay active, build strong team spirit, and showcase their talent and determination. Let’s fill the stands and sidelines with Cougar pride as we cheer on our teams throughout the season. Go Cougars!

White Swan High School Launches New Year with Powerful Building PD Day

White Swan High School opened the 2025–26 school year with a dynamic and purposeful Building Professional Development Day designed to set the stage for student success. Staff engaged in a comprehensive training led by ESD 105, emphasizing safety protocols and emergency preparedness—ensuring our school community is ready to respond effectively in any situation.

The day also provided valuable time for collaborative planning, allowing teachers to prepare together for a smooth and welcoming first week of school.

Harrah School Celebrates New Parking Lot Upgrade

The brand-new parking lot at Harrah School has quickly become a community favorite, and we couldn’t be more excited about the positive impact it’s making! Families are already noticing how smooth and efficient the flow is during pick-up and drop-off, easing the daily routine for everyone.

Parents appreciate the additional space that makes parking simple and convenient, while staff and students value the safer, more organized design. The wider layout and improved traffic flow have created a calmer, more positive experience across the board.
